I have setup my printer to work on the network but i still can’t print from other computers on the network

For home users, on the server computer you must enable the ‘Guest User Login’ or the ‘Guest User Account’.

To do this you must go to ‘Start” > ‘Settings’ > ‘Control Panel’ > ‘User Accounts’ double click on the guest account and click on the ‘Turn Guest Account On’ button.

For corporate business users ensure that the user account that is trying to print has been setup with correct permissions and privelages to be able to print over the network.
