I have a new wireless router but i can not access the web management tool through Edge

Make sure that your router is connected to both the modem and the computer before you open Edge.

If it is connected and you are still unable to log into the management tool use the reset button which is located on the reverse of the router.

Use a pen or pencil or a similar object and hold button down the reset button for a few seconds, you will see the lights flash on the router, this will reset the router to factory default and will reset the login IP, username and password to the default stated in the manual (e.g. 192.168.0.1).
